Candace holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional and Certified Residential Brokerage Manager 

Robert leads Pratt & Company's Commercial Division and has consistently ranked as a Top Producing Broker in both the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the RE/MAX International rankings systems.  Brett Rashtchian is a successful Commercial Realtor who joined the Team in 2015 and has excelled in the field of Commercial Real Estate.  Jillian Weatherford is the newest member of the Team, having joined in 2021, and has enjoyed great successes early on in her Commercial Real Estate endeavors.
