| Licensed in 1975, Broker’s License since April 1978. Actively sold Residential Real Estate for the past 26 years. I have managed a large (upward to 40 agents) office, and smaller office (10-12 agents) for approximately 18 years of my Real Estate career, but have always sold and listed property as well, quite successfully. Having been with a RE/MAX office since January of 1990, I have consistently exceeded the requirements for the 100% Club (over $100,000 income from sales). Since January 1996, I am only doing sales of real estate, no more Brokerage Management. I consistently participate in a minimum of 50 transactions each year. My average sale price is $160,000. I offer both Buyer and Seller representation.
